The Prodigal Mick rejoins Andrew and Producer Rob for this week’s episode of the comics and manga podcast that can only be spoken about in hushed whispers (preferably somewhere reasonably deserted and covered in heavy fog).
So what’s in store for these agents of graphic literature mayhem? Well, there’s casting news for both the Batwoman movie, Daredevil’s arch-nemesis Bullseye will make the jump to TV as well, the live-action adaptation of Ys: The Last Man will feature a CG monkey, and Supergirl is getting another movie – which may or may not be connected to the TV series and probably won’t be connected to the original Supergirl film.
It’s not a great week for news, but it’s presented in the way that only 4-Panel is capable of (if this is what we’re like when we’re sober …).
After that it’s time for us to roll out the comics and manga and under the spotlight this week are volume 6 of Fuse’s That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime, Doctor Who: Land of Blind, Jim Starlin’s Infinity Gauntlet (the finger-snapping good one), and Venomized.
