We wait ages for Rob to return, and when he does there are the two of them! Not only that, it’s a dramatic return as he struggles to get to grips with Seijun Suzuki’s unclassifiable “Zigeunerweisen” – and yes he did practice his pronunciation. Clever Boy.

The rest of Team Eclectica discuss Robert Aldrich’s noir-ish “The Big Knife” and a formula one documentary about a certain UK team that’s simply called “Williams”, before giving way to some utterly unapologetic gushing about “The Day of the Jackal”. This all leads to our Film of the Week, in which Ryan and Rob simultaneously agreed and disagreed about Juan Carlos Medina’s “The Limehouse Golem” (we’re not sure how that is possible either).
