Cinema Eclectica 67 – Richard Briers’ Tickling Adventure

Archaeon

This week the director randomizer gets its first ever outing, and the winner is – Dario Argento!

With a smaller cast than usual we set our sails to classic era Hollywood with a small detour to a post-apocalyptic British countryside. Off The Shelf this week includes “It Happened One Night” from the Criterion Collection, the BIFA-winning “The Survivalist” and German silent film “The Last Command”. Our Feature Presentation from Dario Argento’s filmography is the classic video nasty “Tenebrae”.

“Let me ask you something? If someone is killed with a Smith & Wesson revolver… do you go and interview the president of Smith & Wesson?”
