We’ve talked about it for it a long time and now it’s here – our musical special – but true to classic Eclectica form this isn’t like other musical specials.
After a brief discussion of “A Hologram for the King” we dedicate the whole show to all things fabulous. Off The Shelf features 1960s rock ‘n roll with “Expresso Bongo” and the affectionately silly Mel Brooks parody “The Producers” before going full Eclectica with Frank Zappa’s “200 Motels” and South Park creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker’s “Cannibal! The Musical”.
“Shut up! I’m having a rhetorical conversation”.
