We’re looking for mature, open-minded people who are interested in video games, movies, animation, comics and manga, science, technology, gadgets and more to join our team of volunteers and we have a variety of positions available.
As we are a volunteer organisation these positions are 100% voluntary, but we’re more than happy to support budding presenters, editors, producers, writers and more in building their profiles and portfolios.
We’re currently looking for the following:
Writer (Reviews)
Role Description: We are looking for budding or established writers to join our review team. This role will focus specifically on movies and documentaries, and all skill levels will be considered.
Topic: Movies and Documentaries
Editor (Video/Audio Production)
Role Description: We are looking for budding and amateur video and audio editors who are looking to learn the role, gain more experience in a working organisation, or simply wish to expand their portfolio to facilitate future employment opportunities within the entertainment industry.
Topic: Various
Presenter (Video/Audio)
Role Description: We are looking for open-minded people who are interested in or passionate about specific topics and who wish to try their hands at being part of a video-based show or audio podcast. Although our focus is specifically on developing our existing movie, documentary and video game shows, we are happy to speak to anyone who wishes to cover other topics, and we are more than happy to work with them to develop a new show or revive an extant one.
Topic: Movies and Documentaries, Video Games
Writer (Editorial)
Role Description: We are looking for budding or established writers to join our growing commentary team with a focus on producing editorials, columns and essays. This role is open to cover all media types, and all skill levels will be considered (we’re happy to work with people who struggle with the language or for whom English is not the first language).

Hi! I just finished AnoHana and I came across your review on My Anime List. I think it was a really good review, not only because I agree with the things you mentioned but also because the points were very objective without missing the appreciation that Anohana is due. I have trouble deciding whether I like it or not but I haven’t watched anime in years and it’s nice to be able to complete a series albeit a short one. Well, I said a lot but what I really wanted to say is I really appreciate what you wrote but I wouldn’t want to create a MyAnimeList account just for this so I’m leaving a really long (and appreciative) comment here instead.
