S06E09 – Rip Offs

So we were wandering through a supermarket one day and we noticed a DVD that looked like Kung Fu Panda (including the cover design), and had a story like Kung Fu Panda – but it wasn’t Kung Fu Panda. The movie in question featured a rabbit in the lead role, and it’s not the first film to try and capitalise on the success of Dreamworks hit franchise (Chop Kick Panda, The Little Panda Fighter, etc), but it got us thinking about all of the movies, games and more that were barely concealed copies of more popular titles.
