Seven Chances – Cinema Eclectica Podcast 251

Archaeon

We don’t review many romantic comedies on this show, but when we do… Buster Keaton’s typically eccentric take on the genre is our film of the week, with Eureka’s new Blu-Ray of Seven Chances under Graham, Sarah and Tim’s respective microscopes.

In more characteristic features, Graham has The Wind from Arrow Video. It’s a slasher from Niko Mastorakis, a man with an amazing life story and a spot on the video nasties list. Defying all conventions, on the other hand, Tim has Dreamland, a surrealist vampire neo-noir from the director of Pontypool. And Mark’s Bond retrospective hits the Daniel Craig era, its final instalment… until November.
