2020 Films You Might Have Missed…

Recently we’ve been giving a good old clean to the website, a not quite spring clean, and one of the things we haven’t done for a while is an annual review of the year in the movies. 2016 was the last one, I believe. So, with 2020 being the biggest dumpster fire of a disaster of a year, we decided to revive this old tradition. Only instead of picking out the best of the year and repeating what other sites have said, ad nauseam, we decided to look at 2020 films you might have missed. Yes, the clickbait is strong in this one.

Instead of bamboozling you with an article that stretches on for days, we decided to break it up into pages. You know? Really invest in the ways of the clickbait for this hefty lad of an article.

2020 will be a year of great change here at geek show towers. We have a new podcast starting very soon, Graham from Cinema Eclectica and Literary Loitering with a different guest host will be talking about movies and music in Pop Screen (logo by Tim Wilkinson Lewis). An animation podcast will be returning soon with a new name, no less, we’ll be announcing that in a more proper fashion in due course. We’ll be showing our faces on youtube series, Impossible Mission. And, we have a Patreon exclusive podcast in which Eclectica alumni’s Graham and Rob revive the director’s lottery concept, and what have we called this mysterious Podcast? Director’s Lottery, obviously. Sometimes you have to say what you see.

Anyway, you didn’t click on this post for any of that. You came here for the movies, so without further ado or distraction…
